Stephen Corbitt is recognized as a subject matter expert in Construction Management and Underground Utilities, with over 30 years of experience.
Stephen has excelled in providing new technologies in underground utilities with many complex installations in the fields of natural gas, potable water, telecommunication networks and sanitary sewers.

Having managed and constructed over 40 miles of new mainline utilities as well as over 20,000 private residential services across the country including but not limited to Indiana, Ohio, Kentucky, and North Carolina, Corbitt has been recognized in several national trade publications for Innovational Directional Drilling solutions under major interstates and waterways. Stephen also managed over $100M in an Indianapolis Public Schools renovation project.
By constantly seeking the latest technologies industry best practices and introducing cutting edge products to his valued clients, Stephen has continued to reduce costs and extend project life cycles. In addition to the above. He has added to his industry portfolio the acquisition of two MBE firms over the two years.
Over the past 20 years, Stephen has demonstrated his passion for community services in various capacities, including participation in the Mayor’s Construction Action Team, The Madame Walker Theatre, the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, Indiana Chamber of Commerce, the Greater YMCA of Indianapolis, The City of Indianapolis General Contractors’ Board, and the Mid-States Minority Supplier Development Council.
Stephen is the proud father of two daughters, Lindsey, and Morgan. He enjoys running, biking, weightlifting, golf, boating, and attends Eastern Star Church.
